Tai Yoga Chi
Jennifer will guide everyone through a relaxing and yet energetically restoring flow blending yoga and tai chi. In a world where we often become so busy getting from one place to another, this practice will enhance and bring attention to all of those beautiful moments in between! Yoga helps us practice being in the moment and tai chi helps us become the moment. If you have ever found yourself driving someplace and do not remember the drive, you may want to consider this class! Come and experience all the goodness in those moments between poses.
