9-9:30 Introductions, settling in.
9:30-10:30 Intro to chakras, crystals, essential oils, sound, and creative flow!
10:30-11 Yoga
11-12 Painting (4 sessions)
12-1 Lunch
1-2 Painting (4 sessions)
2-3 Share, Sound, Closing
3-4 Run over time/available for after questions.
Max 8 people (limit set taking into consideration time to do mini sessions)
